This book explores themes of family, identity, and secrecy.

Christina and Josef are parents to two children, Hallie and Nathaniel, who were conceived through unconventional means. They carry the burden of that secret.

The book delves into the emotional complexities of raising children who are different in some fundamental way, and the lengths parents will go to shield their children from the harsh realities of the world, particularly when those realities involve something as deeply personal as their children’s origins.

Christina struggles with the emotional weight of keeping that secret, every day. She lives in fear and anxiety about when and how to tell her children the truth about their origin, leaving her struggling between honesty and protection.

This book sounds intriguing, especially the way it delves into family dynamics and hidden truths. Christina and Josef’s story seems to explore the emotional weight of secrets, which is always a compelling theme. I’m curious about how Hallie and Nathaniel’s lives are shaped by the circumstances of their conception. The connection between writing and the endless pursuit of expression is also thought-provoking. Do you think the author’s personal experiences influenced the themes of this book?

Hello, i am the author of this book and, the book is not inspired by experiences but rather, from a book my mother used to read to us when we were kids. I took the mother’s point of view to create my version of that book. Thanks for dropping by.
